A message dated June 29 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 31(STA)                                                                                
     "An Act relating to law enforcement training in domestic violence                                                          
     and sexual assault; relating to sexual assault investigation                                                               
     protocols; requiring an inventory and reports on untested sexual
